Normally people make New Year's Resolutions. Not me. This year I am making a Year End Resolution. I'm going out of 2014 with a bang!
2014 has been a tough year for me. On more than one occasion, I became comfortable. Comfortable in my eating habits and comfortable in my workout routines. I was spending hours at the gym with no weight loss. I am not at my final plateau. Something has got to give ... And that something is me. I have to relinquish "control" of my eating and habits. I have to do what I know to do and push on to blow out 2014.
My only regret is that I wasted much of 2014. Granted I didn't gain back a ton of weight, but I also didn't lose much either. Not as much as I could have.
So here's to making the rest of 2014 better than the first 10-1/2 months. Who is in with me!?!
